Explorer Club – Terms & Conditions

1. About the Explorer Club

The Explorer Club is a free membership program offered by Explore Off Road. By creating an account on our website, you gain access to Explorer Rates, which are discounted prices available exclusively to members.

2. Eligibility

Membership is free. You must create an account with accurate details to access Explorer Rates. You must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian create the account on your behalf.

3. Explorer Rates

Explorer Rates are special member-only prices available to customers with an active account.

• Both RRP and Explorer Rates may be displayed to logged-in and non-logged-in users.
• Explorer Rates are only applied at checkout when you are logged into your account.
• Explorer Rates may change at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Australian Consumer Law

All pricing practices comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• We do not use WAS/IS pricing unless legally compliant (e.g., the “WAS” price has been our normal selling price for at least 3 months).
• RRP (Recommended Retail Price) is provided by the manufacturer or supplier and is displayed for transparency.
• Explorer Rates are genuine member discounts and are not misleading or deceptive under ACL.

5. Account Requirements

To access Explorer Rates, you must:

• Create an account on our website
• Keep your login details secure
• Ensure your information is accurate and up to date

You may delete your account at any time.

6. Marketing & Communications

By creating an account, you agree that Explore Off Road may send you marketing emails, product updates, promotions, and newsletters. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without affecting your membership.

7. Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Only information necessary to operate your account and provide services is collected.

8. Fair Use

We reserve the right to review or suspend Explorer Club access if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Multiple accounts are created by the same person
• Pricing or discounts are abused in a way that harms the program

9. Changes to the Explorer Club

Explore Off Road may update, modify, or discontinue the Explorer Club or Explorer Rates at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
