Tough Dog urethane bushes outperform traditional rubber components by offering greater longevity and resistance to chemical deterioration. They are specifically designed to retain flexibility, enhancing comfort while responding effectively to greasing during operation.
In applications requiring additional reinforcement, hardened and chemically treated steel tubes are incorporated into the bush center, preventing corrosion and ensuring sustained performance. This design keeps leaf-sprung vehicles in positive contact with the road surface, ultimately improving tyre lifespan and suspension durability.
Replacement urethane bushes are available for all Tough Dog leaf springs, as well as a range of other suspension bushing locations in various vehicles.
